CREFAC (Centre d'Étude et de Formation pour
l'Accompagnement des Changements - Training Center for Help with
Changes) was established in 1972 and currently receives 1.200
adult trainees annualy : 250.000 hours in 1995.
In all some 20.000 trainees (either employees or
job hunters) have been trained of which 13.000 are at management
level.
Personnel :
30 permanent staff plus 100 on an as-required basis.
